We do not provide specific arrival windows, as our routes are automatically optimized the night before service. However, our tech will always send a "mission update" text approximately 30 minutes before arriving, so you’re never caught off guard.

Nope! You don’t need to be home. We only require access to the area to be cleaned. If your dog has aggressive tendencies, we ask that they remain inside during our visit to ensure everyone’s safety.
